During the May 20 Board Meeting, the District presented the Proposed 2026-2027 Budget, including the proposed employee compensation plan and salary increase recommendations focused on supporting and retaining our dedicated staff.

Proposals presented include:
✅ A proposed 3% general pay raise increase across the board for all employees based on midpoint for employees on a pay grade
✅ A proposed starting salary increase for teachers, nurses, and librarians to $58,300
